Build and accurately forecast and achieve the account (s) results and plan growth drivers accordingly
Plan for turnover, Market share and profit of customers
Carrying out qualitative or quantitative research
Designing research methods such as interviews and questionnaires
Build action plan to implement the channel strategy and ensure that execution at a store level
Act as the expert of account (s) to feed a retailer – centric account planning process which will ensure alignment in business plans
Implements 7p’s (product, price, place, promotion, people, positioning & personal relationship) business tactics that align with brand strategies and meet customer needs.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
Collaboration
Collaborating with Customers to accelerate category growth (volume & value)
Contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities
Liaise between the customer and internal teams
Developing and leveraging relationships with key influencer and decision makers in assigned stores, markets, and regions
Execute sales calls with customers on behalf of clients within the designated accounts
Monitor customer sales, pricing, rebates and deductions on behalf of the client
Build, maintain, and create strong customer relationships with new and existing clients
Work with the sales and marketing team members dedicated to the same client account to ensure open communication and that you are meeting client needs
Reporting
Analyzing, translating and presenting research finding and results
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
Complete accurate and timely paperwork, reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports, etc
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,
4+ years of professional experience in inside sales, or sales support, including experience in the FMCG industry
Proven account management or other relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills required
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
