Position Summary
The Human Resource Department Manager is responsible for the planning, coordinating, monitoring, directing and controlling activities of the department. Administering the personal function of recruitment, placement, orientation, compensation appraisal, training and management development transfer, promotion, discipline, termination and social security formulating policies, regulations, safety and disciplinary rules. Appropriate employee appraisal systems and submitting the same for management decision.
