Involve in designing company’s strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; design Sales standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change
Devise policies and procedures for the division and share them with his subordinates and other related staff/divisions; ensure their implementation and monitor their effectiveness
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of staffs under his supervision
Guide and motivate the sales agents to meet their sales target
Oversee sales activities to ensure the sales teams are on the right track
Ensure that all infrastructures and required Sales materials are readily available for the sales team.
Meet marketing, sales and financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
Handle customer complaints and make sure customer complaints are resolved as quickly as possible.
Responsible for generating daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports and submit them on timely manner.
Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager
Supervises: Sales representatives and Commission Sales Agent
Job Requirement
Education:
MA or BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management or related field.
Experience
5 Five years’ experience in Sales and a minimum of one year in managerial position
Other requirements
Good mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closing sales
