Overview The process operator contributes to the company by operating machines to aid in plant processes, and perform routine maintenance checks. They are self-motivated team players who have an aptitude for computers and mechanics.
Task and Responsibilities
Operate machinery and ensure entire production runs smoothly
Ensure productions materials are available to complete operations as needed
Maintain and monitor the machine to make sure it functions properly
Ensure to maintain the cleanliness of assigned work floor and equipment
Adjust machines as needed for changeovers, different functions, or other varying needs of production
Conduct quality checks periodically
Maintain 5S of all tools and accessories in production area
Forklift license/experience is a plus
Comply with established safety and security standards by wearing proper protective equipment

Job Requirement
Knowledge and experience
Knowledge of Production Procedures
Occupational training such as first aid, Health and Safety and security awareness
Speak and Read/Write in English
Qualifications and education required
Diploma from a technical institute
Minimum 3 years in a similar field
Completed an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty
Personal competencies
Self-motivated, independent, solution orientated, a deadline-driven individual with strong time management skills
Proficiency with hand tools
Problem solving skills
Build mutually beneficial relationships internally and externally
Good Communication skills both written and verbal
Willing toperform repetitive tasks for extended periods
