OWS Development Fund /OWS-DF/’s activities mainly cover Somali Region and Head Office bases in Jigjiga City. Our Addis Ababa office is looking for a competent finance administrator and office assistant.
Finance and office assistant is responsible for:
Assisting OWS-DF’s relations with donors, UN agencies, INGOs and private foundations
Attending Meetings representing the office upon delegation
Being contact person at the office
Handling travel arrangements for staffs
handling all finance related tasks
other office administration tasks
Location: Addis Ababa, around Gotera ring road, Wengelawit building area
Job Requirement
Experience (minimum): 2 Years for BSc. Or 1year for MSc. in finance administration / accounting. NGO experience is a must.
Education (minimum): BSc or MSc in Accounting or Business administration or related fiels
