QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Academic Qualification
MA/BSA in Social studies, education, management or related field
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in management and leadership of humanitarian projects in child protection and education sectors
At least 2-3 years of experience in development of project planning and M & E systems
Comprehensive understanding of refugee response in Ethiopia; Successful work at various levels refugee programs and camp management
Experience working in projects funded by USAID/BPRM, UNHCR, UNICEF and ECHO
