·Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing budget.
·Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the marketing priorities.
·Working with Marketing and Supply Chain, responsible for the monthly and annual forecasting of assigned brands.
·Leading and implementing channel specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers.
·Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility
·Visiting the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.
·Lead and set the Trade Marketing Strategy across a portfolio of brands in consultation with General Manager, Marketing Manager and Sales Manager.
·Lead and oversee short and long lead Trade Marketing projects, promotional material as briefed by the Marketing and Sales teams ensuring all artwork and items are on brand and delivered on time
·Maintain brand guidelines at all times and raise any concerns with the Digital expert & Marketing Manager.
·Support internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects and Sales support activities are completed to specifications and deadlines.
·Align any Trade Marketing activity, point of sale and value add items to ensure best in class quality and cost effectiveness with internal/external designers and suppliers. Where applicable, coordination of legal requirements for consumer or trade promotions.
·Allocate internal resources to assist in partnering with local community and internal stakeholders for any local events.
·Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
·Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Sales or Business related
·5+ years of sales, trade and category experience in FMCG market.
