CHILD SAFEGUARDING: Level 3: the role holder will have contact with children and/or young people either frequently (e.g. once a week or more) or intensively (e.g. four days in one month or more or overnight) because they work in country programs; or are visiting country programs; ore because they are responsible for implementing the police checking/vetting process staff.
ROLE PURPOSE: The Agriculture/Livelihood Advisor will provide overall technical direction for the agriculture, livelihood, and resiliency building interventions under the Growth through Nutrition Activity.
Project Overview
Growth through Nutrition is a six-year multi-sector nutrition and Water, Hygiene and Sanitation (WASH) project in Ethiopia (2016-2022). Save the Children in partnership with its government sectoral partners, International NGOs and local NGOs drives the implementation of Growth through Nutrition using a powerful, multi-sector platform comprised of evidence-based nutrition-specific and nutrition-sensitive interventions.
