Job Purpose
We are looking for a skilled HR and Admin Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes within our consultancy firm.
He/she will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives by providing all rounded HR and Admin management services including but not limited to promoting corporate values and enabling business success through design and communication of HR and related policy manuals, job design, in-house recruitments, performance management/ evaluations, training & development, and overall talent management.
She/He is also responsible for administrative and operational duties, IT oversight and vendor management.
