1. As the carrier resale channel manager, have communication and coordination capabilities: Have a foundation for market expansion and customer-facing communication, have the capability of connecting with mid- and high-level executives of carrier partners (ET/Safaricom), and build good cooperation relationships, and have good understanding and expression, communication and coordination, and resource integration capabilities.
2. Partnership understanding and building capabilities: Be able to understand the meaning of being integrated, platform, and ecosystem of the enterprise business, and help carrier partners build capabilities of Huawei products and solutions in terms of pre-sales, sales, post-sales, and branding.
Job Requirement
1. Have a technical background in the ICT field, including but not limited to IP, IT, and DCF.At least two years of relevant ICT sales experience, experience in carrier 2B business or carrier sales experience is preferred.
2. Have a certain understanding of carrier resale business development, product and solution requirements, and have an agile insight into and understanding of the market.
3. Understand the requirements of carriers' resale customers, convert the requirements into core ICT technical requirements, and influence the customer's planning and budget.
4. Have a certain understanding of the Ethiopia market and the products and solutions of mainstream vendors.
5. Be good at communication and establish good contact with customers.
6. Open personality, good at communication and communication, and good cooperation with others;
