We have extensive experience for over twenty-six years in customs clearing, freight forwarding, and ground transportation via overland trucking and railway. We are looking for competent and energetic professional who can be part of our dynamic and professional team for our Human Resource Unit.
The job holder is responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, the incumbent should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately required to creating strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
Develops & implements Learning & Development strategy elements across the organization. In this respective role the job holder should be accountable for creation and delivery of learning solutions & talent development interventions to support business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness. Coordinate and continuous follow of Performance Management initiatives, ensure all units are adhering with the agreed annual business and development goals. Execute Key position succession plan and retention strategies.
