Role & Duties, to include but not be limited to:
- Manage all team in Ethiopia – HR Activities (leave requests/sick leave/availability/etc)
- Assist the HR manager with daily/weekly/monthly tasks and reports
- Complete daily Control on HR activities
- Develop the HR department in Ethiopia – Local laws/entitlements/generate internal procedures and managing same.
- Develop schedule and provide regular updates on same.
Experience:
Suitable candidate must have at least 4 years Experience in a similar role.
