The GED Officer will sit in Human Resources Department and directly reports to the HR Manager. S/he is responsible for ensuring CARE fulfills its institutional goals and related targets for gender equity and diversity and inclusion. The GED Officer will support institutional planning and regular review of progress working closely with senior leadership across the organization. This includes providing input into organizational tool development, assessments or processes to ensure GED is integrated. S/he will manage CARE’s Young Female Internship Program and will support supervisors and mentors to ensure the success of program participants. S/he will also play a key role in supporting the roll out of PSHEA across the organization and subsequent reporting within all CARE offices.
