TEAM PURPOSE: The humanitarian Programmes Team will ensure that the programmes make the proper shift, with the quality needed to ensure a proper achievement of the Ethiopia Oxfam Country Strategy. As part of the Humanitarian programmes team, the whole team on the WASH Sector will ensure that the Goal 1 of the OCS is achieved with the required quality and timely. This team will work very close with the other departments like development/resilient, urban development, gender, and protection team for ensuring the link between the long term and emergency response activities. The team will work strongly to improve the coordination effort among different likeminded organizations like INGOs, LNGOs, UN organizations and relevant government structure at all levels.
