We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager to develop sales strategies and rollout our B2B services. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing a competent sales team to generate leads, qualify prospects and managing sales of our B2B products and services.
key responsibilities
- Lead a sales team to conduct direct selling using various customer sales methods including door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc.
- Lead/Prospect Generation, sales Planning & Territory Management
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Overseeing and managing the inbound onboarding process
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Sales Process Training & Team Enablement
- Developing new business and gathering data on marketing trends, competitive products and pricing
- Scheduling promotional work and tracking sales activities including quoting prices, preparing proposals and providing information regarding terms and delivery
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
You will need to have previous experience of selling products to businesses, and ideally be working in the consumer goods and retail industry.
