On behalf of one of its client, an Energy and petroleum company, The Talent Firm is recruiting Lubricant storekeeper position.
Responsibilities
Responsible for products in store and confirms that the seals of product supply containers match with the respective documents.
Reports to the warehouse manager any discrepancies and/or damage identified during product receiving. In case of missing items in the package, immediately inform the representative of the insurance company and purchasing to witness
Prepares receipt confirmation document, GRN (with the details of the product article, quantity, and the order reference). Fills the Goods Receiving Reports properly and updates the stock report based on the GRN
Prepares receipt for lubricants, car care, bitumen, and other materials like wooden pallets, Hardboard, and empty drums as per the packaging list of the supplier
Maintains the proper stacking and storage of the product as per the available company procedure and to avoid any operational damage. Physically segregates the damaged stocks and control/contain the product spillage
Informs timely requirement of storage and materials handling accessories
Arranges products storage and identification systematically for easy FIFO delivery
Ensures that all packages and quantities of products loaded for delivery are as per the loading order. Cross checks invoice details are as per the actual loadings before dispatch/release of the truck
Ensures that product return request is approved before execution and check that products to be returned are in a good condition
Plans in advance with the warehouse manager for the month-end inventory and ensures that products are arranged for the count. Conducts the monthly physical inventory with the assigned team and participants in the investigation of product vacancies
Maintains a regular follow-up record of the disposal of damaged and dead stock lubricant and checks system reconciliation. Transfers the damaged stock from the good condition stock and maintains separate record/stock card by item. Arrange a product decanting from the damaged package into good condition packages, liaising with the concerned department.

Requirements
Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in purchasing and supply management or related field from a recognized university.
Experience: 4 years of experience in store management or related area.
