Develop annual sales and marketing plan and follow up execution

Develop route to market strategy and manage its implementation

Attend networking events and build industry connections in order to facilitate business growth
Develop exceptional customer service satisfaction measurement tools and guide the team
Conduct market research to inform strategic business decisions
Lead and organize digital marketing team and measure brand performance
Engage and follow up different marketing campaign both at HQ and company upcountry branch offices.

Proven communication and leadership skill
Up to date on industry trends, as well as laws and regulations
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry contacts
Must be a strategic thinker and have strong negotiation and persuasion skills
BA Degree in any Business field
Having at least 3 years of Supervisory experience in sales or marketing preferably in logistics, transport, delivery ,custom clearing and forwarding sectors.
