Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the training organization. Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity, and helps workers create long-term career plans within the training organization.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the training department.
Develop, implement, and monitor training programs.
Actively engage with companies and individual trainees to bring work or the training organization.
Work with the social media team to create brochures, training materials, and marketing content.
Create testing and evaluation processes.
Prepare and implement the training budget.
Evaluate the needs of the company and plan training programs accordingly.
Conduct performance evaluations.
Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management.
Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure operations are managed within authorized budgets.
Carries out market research on training;
Ensures the quality of training and exerts continuous effort for improvement;
Leads the preparation of guidelines of training;
Submits designed training program and schedule of training to the Operation Manager and implements upon approval;

Second /first degree in Marketing Management/ Business Administration /Economics and related fields
