Scan, image, organize and maintain documents adhering to the company's document lifecycle procedures
Archive inactive records in accordance with the records retention schedule.
Control the retrieval of documents.
Help project managers develop and maintain documents such as meeting minutes, drawings, specifications, approvals and related items.
Training employees on records management procedures and policies including documentation, retention, and retrieval.
Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Other duties as reasonably assigned
Job Requirement
Qualification
Minimum Bachelor Degree (B.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering, business management, administration or related field preferably from any reputed Public/Private University
5+ years of experience working in Document Control in a Regulatory or Quality organization with a minimum of 2 years in power sector company
Experience processing changes using an electronic documentation system
Ability to read and interpret information, furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills in English
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables and implement solutions to correct.
Must be detail oriented, organized and energetic.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
Accountable for storage, management and tracking of company documents
Development of storage and archiving processes for engineering documents
