Duties and responsibilities
As Café and Restaurant Supervisor, you closely work with the Manager in directing and organizing the staff to ensure first-class service, food & beverage offerings, and marketing to maximize profits and guest satisfaction. A café and restaurant Supervisor will also be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure the proper day-to-day function of the restaurant. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Take the lead in training and supervising staff members.
