Develop, implement, maintains, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions
Calculate payable hours, commissions, bonuses, overtime, and all deductions
Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates from the human resource
department, including new hires, promotions, changes to pay rates, and terminations
Reconcile payroll and all taxes to the general ledger and journal entries
Process timely and accurate tax payments and filings with ERCA
Ensure VAT, Withholding, payroll income tax, cost-sharing, and pension are reported timely and paid by E-taxing
Functionally lookout, execute and plan improvements of procedure concerning payroll and
other taxes to enhance, and promote effectiveness, efficiency, and precision
Plan tax in anticipation of future filings
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
Ensuring records and processes comply with company policies and legal regulations and
amending procedures when required
Provide information and answer employee questions about payroll-related matters
Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields
+ 3 years of related expertise is required
IFRS and e-taxing is experience required
Extensive knowledge of the payroll function, including preparation, balancing, internal control, and taxes
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
