Responsibilities
Gather and analyze different information and generate insight
Budget process lead including preparing execution of personnel cost budget and managing personnel cost execution
Headcount Reporting and alignment with all stakeholders
Payroll lead and focal person for process compliance.
Control leave, Bonus, severance accrual and actual payment
Overall benefit management such as annual leave, insurance, pension

Qualification
Education
BA in Accounting and Finance
Experience
4-6 years of experience in HR legislation and payroll
Technical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills: English (speaking, reading and writing, multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
