Mingeren Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located at Bole Dembel, around Dember Building is looking for a dynamic, self-starter to join our team for the Housekeeping Manager position.
Duties and responsibilities
Ensure high compliance in terms of guest relation, housekeeping and reservation standards
Directly responsible for managing manages the general operation of the Front Office, Reception, Reservations, Concierge, Switchboard, Night Management and Housekeeping.
Responsible for maintaining sufficient, trained and competent personnel to guarantee the satisfaction of the guests
Managing the financial performance of their department by creating budgets, monitoring expenses, and generating reports
Supervising guest services staff in order to ensure that all clients receive prompt attention to their needs

Required qualifications and competencies
3-5 years work l experience
Excellent knowledge of technical & practical skill accompanied by great customer service orientation, highly sensitive to cost, able to work under pressure with multiple tasks & workload and acquire excellent leadership skills.
High sense of integrity, confidentiality, and initiating sound judgment of management practices.
An excellent team player, positive change manager, and result-oriented personality
