- Assists in the development of policies, procedures, guidelines, manuals, etc., for sorting applications according to announced criteria and the Company’s personnel recruitment procedures;
- Assists in organizing, arranging and conducting competence ratings, written examinations, interview sessions and reference checks;
- Follows-up that efficient staffing and training are carried out on the basis of requests from other work units;
- Ensures the consistent application of approved HR policies and regulations on recruitment, promotion, demotion, evaluation, transfers, resignation, disciplinary actions wage and salary, and employee benefits;
- Participates in training need assessment for human resources development programs;
- Participates in preparing human resource plans and budget and periodic reports;
- Participates in various human resource studies;
- Safeguards the confidentiality of all information received and under his/her custody;
- Comply Occupational safety, Environmental protection, Quality management system & other ISO standards based on the requirements.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned by the Recruitment & Employee Relation Division Head
Education & Experience: MA/BA/Diploma in Human Resource /Management/business administration/training & development/organizational development/leadership/ or related field with 2/4/6 years of relevant experience
