Junior Digital Marketing Officer

Job Description

1.      Overseeing the design and content of an advertising campaign to ensure and it meets the needs of the target audience.

2.      Collaborating with clients or leadership to determine the goals of advertising projects and strategic plans to meet those goals.

3.      Running campaigns to introduce prospective customers to new product releases and build brand awareness.

4.      Consistently managing and overseeing advertising campaigns to ensure they’re engaging customers and bringing in results. 

5.      Analyzing results from each campaign to determine what was successful and what to improve for the next campaign. 

6.      Leading brainstorming sessions with team members to cultivate ideas for new advertising campaign concepts, including content and design elements.

7.      Coordinate sales force promotions stimulating performance and produce incrementally.

8.      Assist in development and implementation process for sales force promotions.

9.      Develop support materials like brochures, flyers, stickers, videos and field communication.

10.  Organizing market rresearch along with sales force to understand the market gaps and competitors’ promotional activities and subsequently shape the market.

11.  Perform as company representative for certain community and charitable events.

12.  Identify remote appearances and conduct surveys at all potential promotion locations.

13.  Provide project status updates to Promotions Director.

14.  Support developing staff promotional ideas and coordinates photography of all special events.

15.  Develop and incorporate promotion elements in presentations to customers working with central creative group or promotions team.

16.  Develop relations with client, legal and promotions groups to execute related activities.

17.   Develop event and promotions recaps miscellaneous tasks.

Job Requirement

·         BA Degree in Marketing management  and  any related field of study from a recognized College / University 

·         Minimum of 1 Year Experience in marketing ,IT  and Related area
