Holding discussions on credit related issues with various customers
Recruit potential customers, maintain existing customers and establish strong business relationship with all customers of the bank;
Get timely and proper solution for deteriorating loans and advances;
Conduct strict loan follow-up on a case-by-case basis and ensure quality of loans and advances and provide periodic follow-up reports to the credit Quality Assurance team or credit appraisal team and loan recovery team;
Ensure that all loan requests get timely decisions;

Job Requirement
Qualification
MBA/BA degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field,
Experience
7 years of relevant Banking experience, of which 2 year as credit analyst.
