Summary
The ideal incumbent for the post of Human Resources Management Specialist (HRMS) will have technical expertise and prior experience in program management or Human Resource (HR) program implementation and, more specifically, human resources management (HRM), experience working with of Human Resource Administration Directorate; leading teams, maintain updated employee records and ensure a healthy workplace by providing HR functions, communicating and networking, completing deliverables on time, and achieving results.

Payroll and Benefits Management:
Employee Relations and HR Policy Administration:
HR data management for evidence-based decision-making
Work Station: Ministry of Health, Addis Ababa
Reports to: HRA Directorate
Duration of Position: One year with possibility of extension subject to performance
