Drive reference marketing to generate local customer success stories in close cooperation with the sales and presale team
Supervise/support regional sales managers and their team in their routine operations
Driving marketing transformation from traditional tactics to modern tactics
Identify and document the business and operational requirements of each transaction
Plan, organize, and lead the successful Support/collaborate with sales
Actively Participate in the performance management process including performance reviews, feedback and coaching sessions performance and development discussions in the sales operation.
Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal /External stakeholders
Job Requirement
MA/BA in Business Fields Preferably in Marketing
Eight years relevant experience with three years supervisory role
