MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: In order to be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following minimum qualifications. Applicants without the below listed qualifications need not apply as they will not be considered in the competitive pool.
EDUCATION: completion of secondary school is required and ‘C’ grade in English in Ethiopian School leaving certificate examination (ESLCE) is required. Diploma/certificate in Food and Beverage services or Hotel Management is required.
EXPERIENCE: Three years relevant experience is required.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY: Fluent in English language conversation, well spoken, read, write, understand English. Other foreign international language is desirable.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: excellent knowledge of the products and services provided by the hotel, excellent guest contact & communication skills and good command of English language skills is required.
