Duties and Responsibilities
Preparation of manpower requirement plan, labor management and training, and manpower development plan;
Drafting labor management guidelines and presenting them to the supervisor, and implementing them when approved;
Identifying the demand and supply of manpower, by identifying the positions where the necessary manpower is not fulfilled, according to the organization's instructions
Facilitating base recruitment;
Monitoring that employees respect the organization's guidelines and regulations and are always at work; control,

Job Requirement
Qualification
Proven experience as a human resource development professional
Some knowledge of accounting
Ability to collect, compile, calculate and analyze data
He is well aware of the laws and regulations regarding human resources
Computer literate, especially in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Good math skills
Ability to work well organized and use time in the system
Excellent communication skills
BSc/BA in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or related work experience
