Duty Summary:
Front Desk Receptionist & Assistant the Marketing/Sales Manager manages general office duties to ensure company processes run smoothly. Assists with director duties and corresponds with clients, customers, and vendors.
Position in the Organization:
S/he directly report to the Sales and Marketing Manager. S/he has to deliver all tasks assigned to him/her by immediate Line Manager.
Duty and Responsibilities:
1. Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
2. managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
3. booking and arranging travel, transport
4. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
5. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, and correspondence
6. Managing databases and filing systems
7. maintaining procedures/administrative systems
8. Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
9. Collecting and filing expenses
10. Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager
Authorities :
His/her authorities are limited to their duties and responsibilities'. S/he performs all the tasks by reporting them to the manager that s/he is affiliated to in order to be approved.
Educational Level: BA in business administration or relevant field
Period of Experience: Previous Experience in a Related Field Preferred (if any)
