We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-rounded research analyst to join YES | Your Employment Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research in a variety of fields, analyzing data, and developing strategies to support our organizational activities.
Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll take on in this role:
Conduct research on local and international HR best practices, labor market trends, and industry benchmarks
Assisting with the design and implementation of research studies and projects
Analyze data and create reports to identify key insights and trends
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement HR strategies and programs
Assist in the development and delivery of YES' training materials and presentations
Assist in the management of client projects, including project planning and tracking
Contribute to the continuous improvement of YES' research and development processes

Qualifications:
So, what do we need from you?
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Information Systems, or a related field
2 years of research and analytics experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace, project management applications
Statistical Software (SPSS, SAS or R)
Data visualization software
Self driven; ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in HR, consulting, or research is a plus
