Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll take on in this role:
Sourcing and evaluating candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
Researching and identifying potential candidates, and reaching out to them to gauge their interest in the position.
Managing the negotiation and onboarding process for new hires, including extending offers, negotiating salaries and benefits, and handling paperwork and orientation.
Keeping accurate and up-to-date records and reports on the recruitment process, including tracking the progress of candidates throughout the process and maintaining a database of potential candidates for future opportunities.
Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including answering any questions they may have about the company or the role.
Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Continuously updating and refining recruitment strategy to ensure the best possible results
Keep yourself updated with the industry trends and best practices in recruiting
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, along with 2+ years of experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills. And let's not forget proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email. If you're a motivated, eager-to-learn, and never-give-up kind of person, we want to hear from you!
