HR and Office Manager

REALITY REAL ESTATE is a company which strives to contribute significantly to the real Estate sector of Ethiopia. 

Now we are looking for competent professionals to assign immediately on our vacant position.

Detail role and responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Advice, to trainings/capacity building.
• Input payroll changes on the monthly basis
• Ensure payroll is compliant and accurate from the HR side
• Maintain annual leave and personnel record
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Ensure all contracts are up to date, compliant and filed.
• Provide strategic direction for the HR department.
• Create and maintain master HR files; ensure paperwork is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements and company needs;
• Nurture a positive working environment and define employee relations
• Advise on disputes between staff. Assist/lead on any ethical investigations that might arise.
• Ensure ethical trainings are being implemented.
• Organizing and controlling performance evaluation of  employs with department and top management
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Organize staff meetings , type agendas and take action points/ minutes
• Follow up the activities of general service
• Keep up to date information on relevant office equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance of office equipment a necessary
• Processing issues and representing Reality real estate in  governmental organization
• Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
• Periodic report to management
• To carry out other duties as requested,
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Qualification /skills

• BA /MA degree in Management or human resource management from recognized university
• 5 years of experience for MA holders or 7 years of experience for degree holders in construction, real estate, manufacturing or merchandize company
