Handle system participants and payment service users complaints
Handle other related tasks as and when assigned.
Job Requirement
1st Degree or above in Management, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or Business Management, Marketing Management.
6/4/2 years of relevant experience for 1st degree, 2nd degree or PhD holder, respectively, Banking sector experience is preferable.
