Develop the Central Securities Depository (CSD) policy and procedures to meet NBE and market requirements that can also be bench-marked against international bets practice
Respond to queries from participant member Banks, Brokers, Stakeholders and other stakeholders
Monitor post trade activities and risk exposures of members investment portfolio
Keep management abreast of development in the financial sector
Oversees the issuance of securities and other certificates
Monitoring collateral positions of members and participants of CSD
Management of member information and security registration services
Develop and effectively execute communication strategy
Collections of fees and margins
Conduct extensive market research: study and investigate the industry trends and competition and advice management on good investment opportunities
Handle other related tasks as and when assigned
Job Requirement
1st Degree or above in Economics, Management, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or Business Management, Marketing Management.
6/4/2 years of relevant experience for 1st degree, 2nd degree or PhD holder, respectively, Banking sector experience is preferable.
Age shall not exceed 40 years

Good knowledge of the functions of CSD
Good knowledge of operations of securities market
Functional software testing knowledge
Good Knowledge of basic computer applications.

Very good report writing and presentation skills
Excellent working knowledge of written and spoken English and Amharic
