Proactively set up, coordinate, book and brief photographers
Manage bookings, invoices, admin and all costs related to photo shoots
Book venues, crew and art department for publicity shoots
Relationship Building
Work closely with content and marketing teams in order to ensure the effective integration of activities
Foster and maintain effective working relationships with media, production departments, independent production companies, talent, their agents and representatives, ensuring that any press and publicity activities are consistent with the overall publicity strategy
Establish and maintain effective working relationships and contacts with the media, including national and regional newspapers and magazines, websites, TV and radio outlets
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
Crisis management experience
A Diploma in PR /Journalism or equivalent
A minimum of 3-5 years’ publicity/Marketing, PR or journalism experience
A good understanding of the media environment and the newsgathering process in radio, television and print.
