Job Description:

Operationalize local fundraising 

●       Develop detail operational plan to the resource mobilization

●      Target potential partners and sponsors or fund-raising events.

●      Prepare different events for different audiences like schools, churches, general public...

●      Request potential supporters to contribute by resource, ideas and others for fund raising event preparation 

●      Work on promotion of world vision brand and fundraising events through different channels. 

Manage the relationship with supporters and partners who are engaged with World vision local fundraising with supporters’ engagement unit. 

Develop institutional system for fund raising through events

• Create transparent and technology supported fundraising tool or Apps 
• Track the earning by category and measure the effectiveness and efficiency of products developed for mass mobilization. Assessment and analysis

  ●      Conduct market analysis 

  ●      Assess and analysis the market demand

  Analyze new opportunities and new ideas to improve the operational process

•  5years of experience as Marketer and fund-raising event organizing expert in different profit and non-profit making international organizations. 

• •    Demonstrated experience working on marketing different fundraising products

  •    Skilled and proven experience on big event preparation for fund raising

  •    Intelligent on relation management and expert on conducting peaching in crowed and one by one. 

  •    Excellent in event and promotion coordination

  •    Excellent attention to detail, Meticulous and diligent

  •    Advanced level of computer proficiency, Mac and PC.

  Experience working with children, celebrities and youth.
