Operationalize Covenant Kids (local sponsorship)
● Develop detail operational plan to the marketing product
● Target potential internal and external supporters
● Prepare peaching material to different audience (individuals, Groups or Community and
institutions) to represent the organization in the business communication.
● Request potential supporters to pledge and join the journey using different channel of communication
● Organize new supporters’ accurate data and communicate to supporters’ engagement team for supporters’ care.
Ambassador engagement support
Employ Influencer selection and management skill
Nominate potential Ambassador based on WVI influencer section Guide and process and
organize appointment ceremony with communications and marketing team
Facilitate Ambassadors engagement to recruit Supporters.
Organize Ambassador field visit to spend with children
Provide all require input to Ambassadors for the success of their engagement
Share the engagement and promotions about Ambassadorship in digital channel. Chosen and Donors engagement event management
Plan and Co- lead Chosen event regularly with field operations, Sponsorship
Management and other Coms& Marketing team
Organize supporters reveal and different events with other teams under Coms& Marketing
Produce and share stories and contents for marketing Assessment and analysis
Conduct market analysis
Assess and analysis the market demand
Analyze new opportunities and new ideas to improve the operational process
5years of experience as Marketer and sponsorship business expert in different profit and non-profit making international organizations.
Demonstrated experience working on marketing sponsorship business.
Intelligent on relation management and expert on conducting peaching in crowed and one by one.
Excellent in event and promotion coordination
Excellent attention to detail, Meticulous and diligent
Advanced level of computer proficiency, Mac and PC.
Experience working with children, celebrities and youth.
Conduct market analysis
Assess and analysis the market demand
Analyse new opportunities and new ideas to improve the operational process
Required Experience and Qualifications MA or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Journalism, Arts or similar.
Professional certifications in any of the technical areas of marketing or business development
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
CRM knowledge, practice and skill.
Thorough knowledge of the marketing, communication, and media industry.
Thorough knowledge of the humanitarian industry and market trends
Thorough knowledge of international development, World Vision development practice, and marketing and communication needs.
Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement
Working primarily in the head office in Addis Ababa, 30% local travel will be required.
Physical Requirements
Travel by road, flexibility with accommodation and dietary arrangements. Ability to partake in on-location production or live events.
Language Requirements
Fluency: Amharic is required
Working knowledge: professional English language required
