.Main Purpose
The HR Development Division Head, under the overall leadership of the HR Administration and Development Department Director, is responsible for the overall planning, leadership, management and supervision of the HR Development functions throughout the company.
Main responsibilities
1. Plans, organizes, leads, coordinates and supervises the overall training and development functions of the company.
2. Provides guidance on development for managers and their teams.
3. Assists and advises departments and business units’ managers during the process of training needs assessment.
4. Plans & Implements the training and development agenda; identifies areas that need attention and improvement.
5. Coordinates feasible capacity building programs (training, awareness creation, experience sharing, etc.) & institutional development (kaizen, TQM, BSC, etc.) in collaboration with the President and other departments.
6. Develops companywide training and development programs.
7. Conducts training impact assessment regularly and recommends corrective actions when gaps are created.
8. Assists in the implementation of institutional development packages.
9. Identifies and recommends organizational change instruments.
10. Identifies, develops and promotes tools and guidelines for institutional capacity building & best practices.
11. Generates periodic reports about the performance its division.
12. Performs other duties as assigned or required by Director, Corporate HRM & Development Department.
