The Candidate Experience Manager is in charge of delighting candidates at every stage of the hiring process. In his/her role, he/she will collaborate closely with prospects, candidates, applicants, employees, key business stakeholders, and a team of recruiters to ensure candidates have a positive experience during our recruiting and onboarding process.
Major Functions:
The candidate Experience Manager is in charge of assisting candidates and candidate experience officers, managers throughout the recruitment process.
As an integral partner in our recruiting activities, directly contribute to the development of strong candidate relationships, and frequently serve as candidates' first impression of IMS.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensures a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.
Ensure candidates receive timely, thoughtful and engaging messaging throughout the hiring process
Ensures that recruiting activities are in compliance with corporate and government regulatory agencies.
Follow up job postings in ATS and posts to applicable websites, including targeted fresh graduate / university graduates job boards, as needed.
Identifies opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
Develops strong trust and relationships with recruiters and business leaders across the organization.
Provides appropriate follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone, text messaging, social media, and/or email.
Efficiently schedules phone interviews, hiring manager interviews and on-site interview panels; provides high-touch communications with candidates to give them the best insight into the interview process.
Ensure the sets up of rooms and any necessary AV equipment.
Establishes rapport with candidates and hiring managers during the interview process.
Coordinates the post-interview debrief meetings and provides debrief materials.
Manages the candidate onsite experience by providing exceptional hospitality, including greeting candidates and/or guests, ensuring interviews begin and end on time, and guiding candidates between meetings.
Reviews and manages new hire offer documents.
Initiates, processes and checks candidate background investigations and other pre-employment contingencies; sends results to recruiter.
When needed, conducts phone interviews with candidates and provide support on special projects.
Updates candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirms new hires.
Acts as a brand ambassador for IMS by exuding the cultural values and beliefs

Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, in human resources or in Marketing, Management and other relevant filed
At least 3-5 years of experience of working as a candidate relation manager , customer relation manager and related position.
Experience working in Business to Business, Perfareable
Skilled in written and oral communication.
Experience managing priorities while being adaptable and flexible
Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
