The Senior Learning and Development Officer is responsible for assessing current and future training and development needs of the Bank. The job holder prioritizes needs, prepares training and development action plan and implements same upon securing approval. He/she also designs and recommends training programs and training methods, coordinates and organizes trainings and evaluates the trainings outcome and impact.
Job Requirement
Academic & Professional Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related discipline from a reputable university.
Professional qualification(s) in Human Resources is an added advantage.
Experience
At least five (5) years’ relevant, post-qualification experience in a similar role

Ability to implement tools and systems to monitor and evaluate learning and development programs.
