· Design and implement well-structured marketing intelligence to obtain market information on competitors’ sales and marketing activities.
· Conduct weekly market assessment and trace the market trend on;
o Channel pricing of competitors products with especial emphasis on benchmark products to EALBM product skus.
o Competitors’ product supply.
o Brands and products dominating the market.
· Based on the information obtained from the market, provide market analysis report and recommendations for decision making.
· Identifies market opportunities for sales and product development to meet consumers and customers demand.
· Follow up EALBM brand and products availability and visibility in the segmented markets. And check whether products quality maintained at all channels.
· Evaluate and analyze EALBM sales and sales services provided to customers in comparison with competitors.
· Measure level of customer satisfaction towards EALBM product quality, pricing, product availability and sales services.
· Design and implement sales development activities to achieve targeted sales volume as well as values.
· Develop regular reports, daily weekly and monthly sales performance reports against plan.
· MA degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields with two (2) years of demonstrated experience or BA degree in marketing, Business Management or related fields with four (4) years of demonstrated experience in FMCG business.
