Duties and Responsibilities:
· To make regular site visit, inspection, internal audit and survey
· To check worker’s hygiene as schedule and request
· To follow up daily recording for all standards
· Give induction and regular training as per the schedule
· To check employees to work as per the requirements
· To evaluate training effectiveness
· To perform other related duties assigned by management
· Identify training needs through job analysis and consultation with Audit manager
· Work in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant departments
· Develop effective induction programmes for new staff
· Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires, observation, inspections and discussions with managers
· Produce training materials for in-house courses with the consultation of audit manager
