Job Purpose
Oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing vision and strategy. Meet the company’s customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and lead the company’s marketing efforts in the import and distribution of cars and trucks
Define the company’s product mix, determine the right pricing scheme, push promotional efforts, and define appropriate sales channels.
Develop strategies and tactics to promote the company and drive qualified traffic to sales
Maintain a list of all products and sale prices for all company products and services
Deploy successful marketing campaigns for corporate promotions, launching of new product lines etc. and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Measure performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Identify and develop new products that will expand market share for the company
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Conduct general market research to stay up-to-date with trends and competitor’s marketing movements
Provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals
Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
Prepare and submit regular reports on overall marketing performance
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
Education: BA degree in Marketing or a related field; MA degree in Marketing will be considered a plus
Proven 5 or more years of work experience as a Senior Marketing Officer, Marketing Manager or related fields
In depth knowledge of import, export and distribution industry, preferably in vehicle import and distribution
Experience in identifying target customers and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Solid knowledge of market analysis tools
Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
