Role Purpose Under the direct supervision of area office HR Manager, the post holder is expected to meet the safeguarding and Gender standard practices in the field area. She/he will be responsible to assist projects/programs/ and field offices to ensure compliance are meet through community awareness, capacity building training, conduct project risk assessment and facilitate on the development of friendly materials. She/he will also responsible on assisting to implement safe program activities, establishing local reporting procedures, reporting, data management and share learnings. This role demands roving support for project offices at different locations under the field office for both humanitarian and development programs. |

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Minimum of Bachelor Degree in social sciences and Five years proven experience on child protection, education, social work. Child safeguarding, gender and other related field.
· Experience on facilitation and coordination of training and workshops
· Experience in conducting assessment, monitoring and report writing
· Practical experience on child participation on the intervention of program activities.
· Strong computer skills, including the use of email, internet and Microsoft office
· Fluency in written and spoken English
Desirable
· Experience on child safeguarding and PSEA
· Experience on gender mainstreaming, GBV case management
· Experience on humanitarian response programs
· Skill on illustration design and publication
· Good understanding on national laws and procedures
Speaking and writing of the local language
