Job Summary
To increase guest satisfaction by providing consistent, fast and caring service. To serve guests following the F&B SOPs, and to increase food and beverage profitability. All work will be in line with the hotel’s guidelines and business plan, the departmental business plan, and the BWP guidelines and service concepts. You will at all times follow the law and regulations.
