Purpose statement
Head-Food Service will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing staff and management canteen food service; Ensure proper menus are used for food production; ensure the food meets the taste and quality requirement; provide food service to the staff, management and guests; plan weekly fresh items and monthly stock items and request purchasing to procure timely; inspect quality of food items and cooked meal; Ensuring compliance with hygiene and health and safety guidelines.
