Royal Business Group seeking are looking for a dynamically and a professional driven individual to embrace the role of the Senior Marketing Expert for socks market. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the overall socks marketing strategy that encapsulates the uniqueness of our brands and products and is consistent in meeting the company’s objectives. Reporting to the DCEO, you will manage the marketing team, drive brand and socks product growth, building lifetime relationships with our existing and future customers, ultimately translating into sustainable revenue growth of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
Differentiate, develop and execute marketing strategy and plans for our unique markets.
Build and drive customer acquisition strategies
Developing and executing signature content, across all channels, that engages and connects our product customers and consumers
Curate, and continue to enhance guidelines for brands, engagement and experience
Drive content generation that best suits our unique customer base and segment
Build and own the deliverables of a dynamic and practical marketing function featuring in-house teams or outsourced services
Rapid execution for day-to-day marketing as well as longer term strategy
Working creatively to optimize budget spend, reach and impact
Drive internal systems to be a customer first company
Actively understand, and translate customer profiling and demographics into driving marketing impact
Customer focused learning, deep market analytics and key insights (qualitative and quantitative) to drive current and future growth
Abreast with new trends, communication concepts, marketing and communications mediums and ideas
Actively engage in the marketplace to learn, test, and socks offerings and solutions
Aggressively research all markets to fully understand our unique customers and the ways to emotively connect with them
Developing marketing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s socks marketing share.
Deploying successful marketing campaigns and advertisement strategy.
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, social media and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
Oversee and approve marketing advert material, like flyers, leaflets, brochures and banners for active promotion.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly the requirements and skills
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Performs other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirement
Qualification
MA or BA Degree in Marketing Management or related filed from recognized University.
Work Experience
Minimum of 2 years for MA or 4 years for BA experience in textile industry, product development in textile industry.
