Worker Wages Payment: Worker Wages-related Policies and Procedures: assist the HR Manager in working with related departments to ensure they adhere to the policies and procedures to support the worker payroll.
Payment Calculation: check for abnormal data in the system and past piece-rate payment history.
Inquiry Handling: assist HR Manager to respond to workers' inquiries regarding their wages.
Data Monitoring: assist HR Manager in monitoring regular payment reports to ensure the accuracy of the payment.
Payroll Slips: prepare payroll slips before payment is released to each operator.
Social Security and Pension Administration: administer the contributions to social security and pension on a timely and accurate basis based on defined approval processes.
Payroll Inputs Data: Collect workers' different types of leaves and other payroll inputs, and compile them every day for monthly preparation.
Job Requirement
First Degree in Accounting and Finance/Business Management and 2 Years of experience in payroll preparation.
Computer skills particularly Microsoft office applications, are required.
